Description: Physical Education is important for the lives of the youth these days. Many lives have changed from the moment this pandemic has hit leaving many students to no longer do exercise , get lazy and lose track of their personal healthy life style. Now PE is more active and live with many benefits to gain. During the month of January we have set a schedule to do 3 practical session and one theory session per week and repeating the exercise cycle the following week to end the cycle. During the month of January students got to showcase their personal physical skills by participating in practical PE sessions and also had fun showcasing their daily or most admirable foot wear. We got from the most comfy to the most used and most fancy foot wear. With daily exercise students will definitely be able to tone muscles and become more resistant to diseases and injuries. Students are now getting the daily movements they need in order to have the body alert and active for the day. So lets continue to keep the body healthy and active by doing exercise and by practicing healthy eating and snacking daily.
