How Do I See All of My Students in GoGuardian?
If you cannot see a few of your students on GoGuardian, you will first need to check if they are using a personal device. If they are using a personal device the following troubleshooting needs to occur in order for teachers to see a student in GG:
Students must be using the Chrome browser not Safari or Firefox. Parents or students will need to download the Chrome browser.
Students using a PC or Mac computer or laptop: students need to sync their data by clicking on their small icon in the extension bar and syncing their school Gmail account.
Students using a Chromebook: First, families need to make sure the Chrome browser is updated by clicking on the circle with an arrow in the upper left corner next to their chrome icon. They also need to make sure their extensions are synced by clicking on settings and scrolling to the sync extensions section. Extension sync needs to be toggled on.
