Communication Log
Demonstrates understanding of diverse audiences by communicating and collaborating using verbal and non-verbal behavior, language, and strategies appropriate to specific audiences.
I can use behavior, language and strategies to communicate with diverse audiences. This means I understand cultural differences when I communicate with a group of people with different perspectives. It also means I know what skills and strategies will help me communicate with this audience.

For this assignment we had to document our process of communication with our international partners and also the partners in our IFCPP group that were from the same country. We were partnered up with these groups nearer the start of the year and when we first communicated with them we were just introducing ourselves and discussing possible topic ideas. The majority of our group members did reply to us; but two of them never ended up reaching out. Our professor told us to just continue our project without our other partners in hopes they’d reply to our emails at some point. I think that I communicated effectively with my group members, I made sure to get their opinions on decisions and offered suggestions and listened to theirs as well. There were no conflicts in our group and we all had worked well together without any issues. The only issue that we had with communication is with the large time zone differences between one of our partners. We had a zoom meeting planned, but she was not able to join as it was too late for her, and we were not able to do the morning as we would still be in school and unable to call them.
