3D: Year Two

Advanced 3D Art Level II & III

Year Two of 3D Art is the combination of Advanced 3D Art Level II and Advanced 3D Art Level III. Each course lasts one semester and is worth 1 credit each.. Typically Advanced 3D Art Level II is offered in the Fall semester with Advanced 3D Art Level III following in the Spring. Students must pass Intro to 3D Art and Advanced 3D Art Level I before taking Advanced 3D Art Level II. While Ceramics projects are included in the curriculum, our 3D courses go beyond clay and we explore other materials like soapstone, metal foil, silkscreen, wire, and 3D Design. This curriculum is designed to introduce students to a variety of materials to build a wide range of experience. We also explore creativity and how to design original and unique ideas for our projects.
