Vendors will support student-facing digital tool requests by gathering and completing the necessary documents and sharing them with the requester.
Vendors should be ready to provide the following to their district contact who is requesting/purchasing your digital tool:
📄 Completed Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) using the VPAT 2.5 INT template
📄 Accessibility Roadmap (click for template if one is needed)
🧑🧒 Login credentials for student & staff accessibility testing accounts

If you disagree with the violations we found, please provide a video showing the following:
All locations in the digital tool where you have met the WCAG requirement(s) in question.
A statement certifying that there is no content anywhere in your digital tool that violates the requirement(s) in question.
If the WCAG violation affects blind users, please show a native screen reader user independently navigating, interacting with, and completing tasks in the content in question. The native screen reader user must use either JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, or other screen reading technologies available on the device(s) students may use to access your digital tool. When submitting the video, the following information must also be submitted about the native screen reader user who uses your digital tool in the video:

Last name
Email address
Relationship to the vendor (e.g. employee, contractor, etc.)
