Walk with a parent
Just Dance videos on YouTube
Invent a game with 1 or 2 pieces of equipment
Practice your throw / catch with a partner or using a wall
Play the Coles Stikeez game
Try a sports skill you haven't done before
Do something you haven't done for a while - eg skateboard, bike etc
Help mum or dad with some jobs around the house - ask them what they need help with

Design a fitness circuit around home
Look up a game called ‘Weme’. Where did it come from? You can just about use anything for equipment! Go and have a game.
Juggle a soccer ball for as long as you can with your feet. Beat your best score.
Invent a new game that you can play inside and teach someone to play with you
Refine a sports skill (eg. Cricket bowling, AFL drop punt, Soccer pass, Basketball dribble …etc)
Research a game from Aboriginal culture that we can play back at school (or play at home)
Research a game from another country that we can play back at school (or play at home!)
Hang out the washing
Tidy your room
Learn to cook something healthy with a parent
Mow the grass (if you’re allowed)
Clean up an area of the yard
This guy loads a new 30min fitness video every day, just for Schoolkids around the world.
In fact he, is does it live at about 8pm our time.
Because he is in England, you have to do yesterdays video if you are doing it during the school day.
