The Service Learning program at the Upper School combines the ideas of civic engagement with student empowerment and choice. Through programming, student initiatives, and educational opportunities, Service Learning works to help all students foster meaningful partnerships with their communities in an effort to affect positive social change. 

Service Learning for the 2023-24 school year will be spearheaded by the Upper School's Community Engagement Leadership Board (CELB), as well as the use of a new Service Learning self-paced curriculum. We hope to also offer a wide variety of virtual service opportunities, regardless of whether or not a more formal program is desired, and will use this platform to promote those as well.
