After School Care

After school care is available for students who cannot be picked up by 3:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday or 2:15 p.m. on Friday.  

All students will be automatically escorted to after care by their classroom teacher if they have not been picked up by the end of dismissal. Upon arrival in after school care Caterpilar Clubhouse will check in all students. Parents or an authorized adult, must sign students out of after care. 

After care ends at 6:00 p.m. on Monday –Thursday and at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.  Students not picked up by these times will be charged a late fee of $5.00 per minute. After care payments are to be made using the Procare app or by check. Checks should be made out to “Caterpillar Clubhouse.”
