This inner city, adaptive mixed-use project included two historic buildings, a burlesque house, and a grocery store. Renovated into a mixed-use development of night clubs and housing, the buildings easily fit into the Old Town neighborhood meeting the rigors of Portland’s Historic District Design Review.
