Residences in this 72-Unit condominium project reached the highest price per square foot values in Portland’s history. The reason: uncompromising design and spectacular views of Mt. St. Helens and Mt. Hood. Vacant for decades, the triangular, steeply sloping two-direction site, presented extremely difficult construction conditions; however, the unique design solved the conundrum.
