HOW TO FIND OUR CAMPUS
For school enrollment, a parent or guardian shall provide one of the following:
Current, up-to-date immunization records; or
A completed and signed exemption form.
**Oklahoma requires all 7th graders to have the Tdap vaccine. This vaccine is used to boost immunity to whopping cough, tetanus, and diphtheria.
The Tdap vaccine is available at most doctors' offices and the county health department.
Incoming 7th graders must have proof of immunization or a completed exemption form to enroll and have a locker assigned to them.
