About Long Play Festival

Bang on a Can fills downtown Brooklyn with their annual Long Play festival, featuring music that challenges where we have come from and charts where we are headed. Music has the power to bring us together, to heal and make us whole. Experience 50+ concerts of great music, over one long weekend, across multiple venues in Brooklyn, all within walking distance of each other. Come hear it all at Long Play. “Long Play has been around only since last year, but it is already the most important classical music festival in New York City” (New York Times).
