Below are a series of instructional videos I have put together mostly to save time and frustration.

They are a classic example of the learners conundrum.

Each represents a commitment of time you don't have now, but will save you time in the end.

Sharing Classroom tasks - Master templates

Tasks can be copied from one class to another, you can create a false classroom to collate tasks to be shared across a faculty

Create a new class with the plus button and give it a logical name such as:

  • Year 10 English Master

Add all staff who teach that subject. Make sure to use their google addresses:

  • smr@ballaraths.net

Once they are added they will be able to copy tasks from the class. They also have full editing rights - they need to behave!

Go ahead and create any new tasks - or copy an existing task from another class

Once you are confident that everything is correct please let staff know - take your time.

Leave it for a bit then come back and double check, if you make a mistake, everyone will end up with a copy of that mistake and will have to make manual edits to every class.
