Log in to ClickView
Look for the shortcut on the Tardis that looks like a big orange play button. There is also an app available for your computer/iPad. You can also access ClickView directly through this link: https://online.clickview.com.au
How do I log in to ClickView?
To sign in, make sure you use your Gmail username and password, not your Edumail. e.g rco@ballaraths.net
Can my students access ClickView?
Yes they can. Students have a link to ClickView on the Student Hub and log in with their Gmail username and password.
Share a video with students.
Below every video on ClickView there is a Share button. Click this and it will give you the option to copy a link, email or click embed to add the video into Google Classroom.
Share a small portion of a video
Yes you can!
1. Select the Clip button under the video
2. Specify a start and end time.
3. Click Create a clip. Your clip will automatically saved in Clips folder in your Workspace ready to share with your students.
Student questions and worksheets
Yes there are.
If you click the toggle switch on the right hand side of the video that says Show chapters and resources it will show you some comprehension questions, sample answers and activities if they are available.
Some videos also have interactive videos which you can share with your students to complete. To find an interactive video, click the interactive videos button below the video. You can also create your own if one is not available.
Access TV shows
Absolutely.
You can email Rosalie or Jac in the library and they can add the program to ClickView for you.
You can also find new videos under the Exchange tab and under the Options tab, you can press Add to your library button to make a video accessible to students.
Create a playlist
Underneath each video you will see a button that says Add to a playlist. Click this, type in a new playlist name. These playlists are your individual playlists, so no one else can see them unless you share them.
Share a playlist
On the top banner of ClickView, click Playlists. Next to each playlist there is an option to Share your entire playlists. This is the same as sharing an individual video, you can copy a link, email or embed into Google Classroom.
