The ACCelerator and Make It Center are open-space environments. Increased staff visibility facilitates student engagement. We strongly believe intensifying student engagement leads to student success.
This level and quality of engagement is called the “The Show”.
The customer service experience is a unified sequence of events in which each encounter connects to form a single chain of experience.
When we hand off a patron, we have ended one segment of the “A&SI Baton Experience” and begin another.
“The Show” is about our attitude, appearance, demeanor, and enthusiasm when we interact with ACCelerator and Make It Center patrons. As ASI staff, we should consider the ground we stand on a stage for our live service performance.
It is our highest priority to provide exceptional customer service and quality of support.
