School is Closed
My school is now closed for weeks. This was not expected. My school is closed so people can stay home and be healthy. There is a sickness called the Coronavirus that people are catching. Having kids stay home will help make sure less people get this sickness. I can make sure that I don’t get sick by washing my hands with soap and water, staying away from people, and by keeping my hands off of my face. These are all good things to do!
While I am at home there are many things I can do to practice school. My teacher has given me things to do. It would make my teacher very happy if I did these things while school is closed. My school will let me know when it will open again. When it does open again, I will get to see my friends. While I wait for school to open, it is important that I stay healthy and get some work done.
