Rey prepared this course carousel for Satellites. He will explain it and also what version could be applied to Rockwell.
1. Based on 3 years of course offerings, we have offered at least 1 of each foundational, functional, elective and STRAMA course for every variant, every term / trimester in Rockwell. Because of demand, we do not need the carousel in Rockwell.
2. The carousel design will benefit the satellites if we treat them as one group. The proposed design has the following features:
a. all courses are offered twice per schoolyear.
b. as a result, there will always be a course available whether to current or new students.
c. In case a current student has no choice, there is always a cross-enrollment to Rockwell option.
d. The carousel does not need to change, even if a site has enough students to go it alone.
e. How I did it is explained in the Regis tab.
we are forwarding the program rollout for Standard, MM and Regis as will be applied to the satellite campuses. This program rollout shows the sequence of courses to be followed by the satellite students throughout their stay with us. This allows the students to have a clear glidepath over the next 2-3 years, and takes away the need for survey and pre registration. We will be applying this for this coming T1 for new students. For current students, we have been putting together the data base of what courses have been taken by each of our satellite students as basis for determining what courses they still need to take.
