Cross-track enrollment

Yes Louie.  During Rudy's time, we routinely allowed students to take courses in different tracks, even in different sites, especially if they were down to their last remaining courses.

One thing to note regarding cross-track enrollments--if the tuition and fees varies between tracks/campuses, CAO would need to adjust the assessments prior enrollment following the "whichever is higher" principle.  Thank you. [Jong]

ASMPH to AGSB 

Process:

1. Approved Advisement Form (ASMPH RO to AGSB RO)

2. Link to Online Application Form (AGSB RO to Student)

(with instructions to comply <within the day> and email back Applicant ID to Admissions Office providing link to the Academic Calendar)

3. Applicant ID (Student to AO/RO)

If sent to RO, forward Applicant ID to AO for evaluation and approval of the account application.

• Reiterated the above to Cebu Site Director (Shannen), "Just a process clarification, OUR-AGSB shall get DR requests only from Juvelle because Juvelle's Team is monitoring all site requests and approvals for DR. It is manageable this way. Thank you."

• Initial inquiry from Pinnacle also confirms that cross-enrollment is only possible through DR. Extension due to COVID-19+

In the case of Ms. Penetrante, she initially enrolled in 1/2016.  Therefore her residency is supposed to end 3/2021 (5 years).  She filed LOA in 2018.  Assuming she exhausted her LOA, this extends her residency to 3/2023.  Since she was a current student during the pandemic, she also benefits from the suspended residency count from 2/2019 until 3/2020 - or a total of 5 trimesters as a result of the AGSB Covid Memo (Dean Rudy, April 20, 2020 and extended by Dean Jet until the end of 2021-22).  Her effective residency is technically until 2/2024-25.  She does not need readmission at this time.
