I would like to explain the procedure that was taught to me:
Open the AIMS application and access the Class List Report based on the Slot Monitoring information provided by Sir Danny.
We copy all the student information listed under the specific section code in AIMS and transfer it to an Excel file. After that, we copy all the Ateneo email addresses, which are then used to enroll the students in Canvas.
If an email address is not recognized or is not an Ateneo email address, we send an email to IT Support and copy (CC) Canvas Help Desk–GSB.
My point, Sir Jong, is that there is no other source from which we obtain or copy the students’ details except AIMS, which is our official source of information. I don't have any idea if the students have not yet paid. For me, as long as there is a list of students in a given section code, I will copy it and enroll in Canvas.

If you encounter a similar situation in the future (i.e., you've given Canvas access to a student prior enrollment, given as a special consideration), please immediately inform Danny so he can check the enrollment status of the student accordingly.
