Hi Jong,
We can't accommodate the issuance of the SOA being requested by the company unless the GSB and the company have an agreement through a MOA similar to our institutional programs like RBGM, where Ateneo will issue a SOA as requested by GSB and the subject students can enroll using a zero validated payment scheme. But if there is no such MOA, the individual student will pay first their tuition and fees and usually the student asks for a certification which is going to be used for reimbursement purposes together with the tuition receipt.

To complete the refund process, please fill out the [Authorization for Direct Credit] form and follow the ADC instructions carefully.
If you used a credit card for payment, kindly email a statement confirming that you have not filed a dispute with your issuing bank.
