Words, images, messages, threats, and actions can hurt deeply and often have long lasting affects. 

Bullying and harassment impacts people of all ages, ethnicities, genders and sexual orientations, faiths, abilities, and socio-economic levels. 

Please reach out for help if you experience verbal, physical, cyber or another other form of harassment or bullying. No one needs to deal with these situations alone.

Learn to be an "up-stander" not a  "by-stander" and advocate for respectful, fair treatment for others and yourself.
