Summer 2026 Registration Deadlines:
July 2 - Last day to Add (Session B)*
July 5 - Last day to Drop / Tuition & Fees 100% Refund Deadline (Session B)
July 7 - Since Course Withdrawal Deadline (Session C)
July 10 - Full Session Withdrawal Deadline (Session C)
July 21 - Single Course Withdrawal Deadline (Session B)

*Late add/swaps are not permitted after Add deadline.
Fall 2026 - Late registration fee begins:
August 12 - Session C
*Use SWAP function to make changes to registration on/after this date to avoid late fee.

When submitting ISSC eForms:
Use "SCAI Advising" as the advisor name and "scai.grad.tempe@asu.edu or "scai.grad.poly@asu.edu" as the email address.
For the Post-OPT ISSC eForm, students may reference Graduate Completion Dates webpage to determine the best program completion date based on final academic requirements.
Graduating students should apply for official graduation via MyASU homepage early in their final semester. After you apply, an RSVP link will appear to register for a graduation ceremony. See additional details regarding early or late ceremony participation.
Submit your fall permission override as early as possible to ensure sufficiency processing time so you can register by the late registration fee deadline (August 12). See Forms & Procedures page for details on override process.
Overrides are intended for courses which require faculty and/or department consent (permission) or to override requisite requirements. Advising cannot override seats for full classes or reserved seats.
Computer Science, MS students admitted prior to Fall 2025 may choose to follow the new 2025-2026 catalog which allows a Course-based option. See the CS Course-based Master's Option page for details.
Submit your iPOS by your plan's deadline to avoid an advising hold. See iPOS How-To Guide for details.
