You've had the opportunity to edit your video throughout this course, and are almost done! Before sending it to your department lead, review it and make sure you are happy with the result, and that it meets the university guidelines.
Using the checklist (provided in step 1 below), you will be able to evaluate your video to ensure university brand standards are incorporated and make any necessary corrections.
Video submission steps and due dates:
Review your video using the following checklist: Introduction Video Checklist
Make any necessary edits.
Export your video to YouTube then upload it to your Canvas course under the appropriate Module and Page.
Email your department lead telling them your video is ready for evaluation and provide the link to your Canvas course. This is due by 11/15/2024.
Your department lead will give you feedback by 12/15/2024, so you can make any necessary edits.
You should have the final video embedded in Canvas before students can access the course before the Spring semester begins on 1/13/2025.
