Detachment Photos

The Drives Below contains the images taken throughout the current semester. These images are available to all cadets and you're permitted to download and share them.

With that being stated, please be mindful with any sharing of these photos, as they represent us as a subsidiary of the Department of the Air Force (DAF). If you post or share these, ensure that you are using appropriate captions and context so that anyone outside of the DAF, and by extension the AFROTC program, does not get the wrong impression about what we do.

General Rule of Thumb:

If you have to think about whether or not the posting of any of the folder's materials is appropriate, it's probably not. Use your best judgement.

DETACHMENT SOCIAL MEDIA

Here is a quick update on our standing among follower count among other detachments. As it stands right now we are the 6th most followed detachment in the nation: (as of 8/19/2023)

Det 157- 2,048

Det 805- 2,009

Det 290- 1,514

Det 158- 1,292

Det 159- 1,259

Det 025- 1,247

With that being said, there is no other detachment social media page like ours. We have had thunderbirds, as well as A-10 Instagram takeovers as well as Instagram takeovers on the AETC page as well as AFROTC, and AU page. Our detachment page by far has the most creativity, design, and quality of content, and it isn't even close.

With that being said, attached below is a document regarding ideas for this semester. Feel free to type in any ideas you would like to see for social media so that our team can make it happen. Let’s shoot for getting a solid lead in 4th place this semester, but with that, we need all hands on deck. Thinking and making great content should be our goal so we can grow and gain not only more followers but also recruit more cadets to the program. (And on the side, we can have some friendly “beef” with ASU's army ROTC)

This document will be monitored throughout the semester, so free to fill it up as you think of ideas or come talk or DM C/Cabalo.
