The Vision
People who can't afford to live within the city are usually pushed out into the suburban area where it's more affordable.
E.g. Young adults, families, etc.
Due to the extension of the light rail, transportation will make it more accessible for people in South Phoenix to transit to the heart of the city for business; as well as bring in business to the south parts of Phoenix. This will help connect residential and business areas by bringing them together in closer proximity in a more affordable way.
