Backstory
In the midst of a pandemic, a virus has broken out and infiltrated an organism that must be fought off by the immune system of that organism. Several players will play the sub-roles of either the virus or the immune system to determine the fate of that organism's life. Choose your side and unleash your strategy to save or sicken the organism.
The game of Immunity is meant to be played by two players: one plays the virus, and one plays the organism. Each player will have a total of 19 pieces with distributed roles. The organism will have an immune base piece and the virus will have a virus base that has to be captured by the other opponent in order to win the game. The base represents critical parts for the survival of the organism, or the virus and each team cannot survive without their base. Along with their respective bases, each player will have an assortment of different role pieces that can do different things. The organism will have four platelet pieces, six macrophage pieces, and eight T-Cell messenger pieces while the virus will have four adenovirus pieces, six hepatitis pieces, and eight flu pieces. Each of these pieces can do different things on the board. The platelet is the most powerful piece on the organism side and disables any pieces that it is touching from utilizing its ability. The T-cell piece is the most abundant and mobile piece has it can move anywhere around the board where it is needed to secure the best positions. Finally, the macrophage piece can demolish any of the virus pieces by sitting on top of that piece for two turns. This is the least mobile piece for the organism team. The virus team is comprised of an adenovirus piece that turns off the special abilities, a hepatitis piece that pushes pieces out of position, and a mobile flu piece that can position itself wherever it is needed on the board. The players must strategize and execute that strategy using the different pieces they have to claim the base of the other player. The destruction of the virus or the organism depends upon the survival of these bases.
Enjoy a 1 vs 1 strategy game against your friends and establish who is the dominant strategy maker using the pieces and resources you have at your disposal.
