How to turn off Pop-up Blocker
Google Chrome (PC)
Step 1.
Click on the 3 dots button on the top right of your browser, then from the drop down menu, click on "Setting".
Step 2.
On the menu on the left, click on "Privacy and security".
Step 3.
Under Privacy and security, click on "Site Settings".
Step 4.
Under Site Settings, click on "View permission and stored access sites" if you do not see "ASK-ONLINE" site listed on your Recent activity.
Step 5.
From all sites listed, look for "ask-online.net", and then click on the "▶" button on the right of the site name.
Step 6.
Under Permission, look for "Pop-up and redirects" and change the setting by choosing "Allow" from the drop down box on the right.
After changing the setting, you may close the setting window and return to Ask-online website.
Safari (PC)
Step 1.
Click on "Safari" on the top menu bar, then click on "Preferences" from the drop down menu.
Step 2.
On the poped-out window, click on the "Website" icon.
Step 3.
On the left, scroll down to find "Pop-up Windows" manu and click on it.
Then, look for "ask-online.net" on the list and select "Allow" from the drop down list on the right to allow pop-up for this site.
After changing the setting, you may close the setting window and return to Ask-online website.
※※ATTENTION!!※※
If you still unable to open contents after you "Allowed" the pop-up window, please click on the duplicate □ icon on the top right of your Safari browser address bar.
Microsoft Edge (PC)
STEP１.
Click on the horizontal 3 dots button on the top right of your browser, then from the drop down menu, click on "Setting".
STEP２－１.
On the Settings window, Click on the "Cookies and site permissions" button, and then scroll down to find the "Pop-ups and redirects" option on the right of the window.
STEP２－２.
Find the "Pop-ups and redirects" option and click on it.
STEP３.
Under "Pop-ups and redirects", click on the toggle button on the right of "Block (recommended)" to turn off pop-ups blocker. (When the toggle turned from blue to black and white, it means the blocker is off)
After changing the setting, you may close the setting window and return to Ask-online website.
Firefox (PC)
STEP１.
Click on the "三" button on the top right of your browser, then from the drop down menu, click on "Setting".
STEP２.
Under "Setting", click on "Privacy & Security" and scroll down to "Permissions".
Uncheck the "Block pop-up window" box and return to ASK ONLINE to use the contents.
