How to turn off Pop-up Blocker

Step 1.
Click on the「・・・」on the bottom right of the browser.
Step 2.
In the menu, click on "Settings".
Step 3.
In Settings menu, scroll down to find "Contents Settings" and click to open.
Step 4.
In Contents Settings, if the Block Pop-ups is "On", please click to turn it "Off". You need to allow pop-ups.
After changing the block pop-ups setting to "Off", you may return to ASK ONLINE and continue to use the contents.

Click on the vertical「・・・」on the top right of the browser.
Step 2.
In the menu, click on "Settings".
Step 3.
In the settings menu, scroll down to find "Site settings" then click to open.
Step 4.
Inside Site settings, scroll down to find "Pop-ups and redirects". If it shows "Blocked", please click to change setting to "Allowed". You need to allow pop-ups.
Step 5.
Click on the button on the right to swipe the button to the right to "Allow" pop-ups.
After changing the pop-ups setting to "Allowed", you may return to ASK ONLINE and continue to use the contents.

Step 1.
Open iPhone/iPad Settings. Scroll down and look for "Safari" then click to open.
Step 2.
Inside Safari menu, scroll down and look for "Block Pop-ups". If the button on the right is green, it means your Safari browser is currently set to block pop-ups. You need to allow pop-ups. Click on the green button to turn it off (to allow).
Step 3.
When the button beside "Block Pop-ups" tunred grey, it means your Safari browser is set to allow pop-ups.
After changing the block pop-ups setting to "Off", you may return to ASK ONLINE and continue to use the contents.

On the menu, scroll to the right and click on "Settings".
Step 3.
In Settings menu, click on "Privacy and Security".
Step 4.
Under Privacy and Security, scroll down and look for "Site Settings" then click to open.
Step 5.
Under Site Settings, scroll down and look for "Pop-ups and redirects". If it shows "Blocked", please click to change setting to "Allowed". You need to allow pop-ups.
Step 6.
Click on the button on the right to swipe the button to the right to "Allow" pop-ups.
