How to clear cache

STEP 1.
Click on the 3 dots button on the top right of your browser, then from the drop down menu, click "Settings".
(Or you can also press the "Ctrl+Shift+Delete" shortcut key on your keyboard.)
STEP 2.
On the settings page, click on "Privacy and security" of the menu on the left.
Under "Privacy and security", click on "Clear browsing data".
STEP 3.
Under "Basic", select an Time range from the drop down menu beside (recommended to select All time) , check "☑Cached images and files" then click on "Clear data" to clear your browser's cache.
After clearing caches, go back to the web site and try again.

STEP 1.
Click on "Develop" on the top menu bar, then click on "Empty Caches" from the drop down menu.
(Or you can also press the "alt/Option＋Command＋E" shortcut key on your keyboard.)
＊If you can't find the "Develop" button on your menu bar, please proceed to step 2.
STEP 2.
Click on "Safari" on the top menu bar, then click on "Preferences" from the drop down menu.
STEP 3.
On the setting menu, click on the "Advanced" icon on the right of the setting window. Under "Advanced", check the "☑Show Develop menu in menu bar" on the bottom then close the setting window.
After you found the "Develop" button in the menu bar, go back and refer to step 1.

STEP１.
Click on the horizontal 3 dots button on the top right of your browser, then from the drop down menu, click on "Setting".
STEP２-１.
On the Settings window, click on the "Privacy, search and services" button on the menu on the left, and then scroll down to find the "Clear browsing data" option on the right of the window.
STEP２-２.
Under "Clear browsing data", click on the "Choose what to clear" button on the right of the first option "Clear browsing data now".
STEP３.
On the "Clear browsing data" window, select "All time" from the Time range drop down menu, check the "☑Cached images and files", then click on the "Clear now" button on the bottom to clear your browser's cache.
After clearing caches, go back to the web site and try again.
