※This is how you can hard-reload a webpage on your smart phone too.
STEP１.
Please click on the vertical 3 dots icon on the top right of the browser.
STEP２.
From the menu, please click on "Settings".
STEP３.
Under "Setting", click on "Privacy and security".
STEP４.
Under "Privacy and security", click on "Clear browsing data".
STEP５.
Under "Clear browsing data", select the "BASIC" tab, click on the drop down menu on the right of the "Time range", select the option "All time".
STEP６.
After setting the time range option to "All time", check the checkbox on the right of "Cached images and files", then click on the "Clear data" button below.
STEP７.
If this message box appeared after you clicked on the "Clear data" button, uncheck those websites which you wish to keep the cache data before you click on the "Clear" button below. By clicking on the "Clear" button, all caches of your Chrome browser will be cleared.
STEP８.
After finished clearing caches, return to ASK-Online website and drag down to reload the webpage before continue using the site.

STEP１.
Click on the "Settings" icon on your screen.
STEP２.
Under "Settings" menu, scroll down to search for "Safari" and click on it.
STEP３.
Under "Safari", scroll down to look for the "Clear History and Website Data" option and click on it.
STEP４.
By clicking "Clear History and Data", all caches of your Safari will be cleared.
STEP５.
After finished clearing caches, return to ASK-Online website and click on the arrow icon on the top right of your Safari browser to reload the webpage before continue using the site.
