Basketball
Registrations 2021
Welcome to the 2021 Winter Basketball season. We are currently taking registrations for school teams. All children must be registered by Friday, March 26, 2021.
The Basketball fees are $95. Fees will need to be paid in advance before playing. Students will not be able to play until payment has been made or sorted through the school office.
Students will need to purchase their own Ashhurst School sports shirt through Academy Apparel prior to the season commencing. The cost of a sports shirt is $28.50. This can be used for all sports teams. Children are required to also wear navy blue sports shorts. These can be purchased at Kmart for approximately $5 a pair.
Year 3/4's and Year 5/6's play on a Thursday afternoon. The season is played in terms 2 and 3. It begins week 1 of Term 2 (May 6, 2021) and is played at the Central Energy Trust Arena, in Arena 4 (B&M & Ballroom, College Street School, Carncot School Gym & Fly Palmy Arena).
Mixed teams consist of 5 players and must have 2 girls on the court at a time.
Mouth guards are compulsory.

The Basketball fees are $105 Inclusive of a school uniform hire fee. They will be issued with an Ashhurst School numbered singlet. They will also need navy blue sports shorts.
Fees will need to be paid in advance before playing. Students will not receive a playing singlet until payment has been made or sorted through the school office.
Year 7/8's play on a Wednesday afternoon. The season is played in terms 2 and 3. It begins week 1 of Term 2 (May 5, 2021) and is played at the Central Energy Trust Arena, in Arena 4 (B&M & Ballroom, College Street School, Carncot School Gym & Fly Palmy Arena).
