Senior Test Engineer
Responsible for design, maintenance, compliance, and improved performance of company’s product test processes, equipment, and documentation. Training of new test engineers and dissemination of proprietary technology information on a need to know basis.

Internal ISO 9001 (ISO) Auditor utilizing Gap Analysis, Corrective Actions, & Continuous Improvement
Tested several software packages for suitability to the department:

Accomplishments:(currently in re-write):
Accomplishments focus on training, "customer support" excell knowledge, process design, documentation, control and maintainance:
· Developed Teamcenter training program that included a company-wide continuous training
track, job specific training modules and Web-Based supplier usage. As the Primary Trainer gave introductory
training to 380 staff in 5 weeks. Teamcenter could be deployed 3 months early.
· Started Peer–based Teamcenter Coaching Program and a Teamcenter Users Group. Both
efforts greatly reduced the users learning curve. Teamcenter was fully incorporated into the company’s culture 7
months sooner than the estimate.
· Conducted a needs assessment with Managers and Supervisors to determine what data was to be
captured for analysis and created reports to communicate results. Continued to analyze data and create reports for
management reviews.
· Wrote the Administrative Policies, Procedures, Work Instructions and Process Flows,
for the following: Software Access Requests, Documentation Change Request and Approval; Documentation
Release, Revision and Approval; Documentation Characteristics Manual; Documentation Distribution Manual;
Records Management: Retention, Administrative/ Legal Holds, and Destruction; Escrow Compliance Program.
· Integrated Teamcenter, Clearcase, and SharePoint programs into all departments several
months sooner than the estimate given for each program.
· Implemented Records Management Retention, Administrative/ Legal Holds, and Destruction
Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions into two newly acquired sister companies. This standardized the
Records Systems in the three companies and made Records Management system much easier to keep compliant.
· Troubleshot and resolved end-line user, system and operational problems without lost to
productivity.
· Worked with IT department to establish and conduct risk assessments for security and
disaster preparedness.
· Collaborated with IT department to install 7 patches and 3 upgrades to Teamcenter. All
were planned, and implemented without loss to productivity.
· Bringing together several decision makers from different departments, created and facilitated
a Change Control Board. Prior ECRs and ECFs (Engineering Change Requests and Forms) changes were approved
through hard copy routing. Immediate noticeable improvements to the analysis of purposed changes.
· Facilitated interdepartmental cooperation in developing an Escrow Compliance Process.
Once established, Escrow Administration had zero auditable finds.
