On 12 April 2010, a fairly large prominence was observed using a Lunt 60mm H Alpha telescope (LS60thA) on loan from the Astronomical Society of Eastern Missouri (ASEM http://www.asemonline.org).
An older first generation ToUcam belonging to Jim Roe was attached and several videos were made. These two images are first attempts at stacking using Registax V5.x.
It should be noted that these images were captured about a half hour apart. If you look closely, you can detect differences in the prominence structures.
I have several videos that need to be processed but I think the results could yeild a little animation of the structural changes in this prominence.
