To know when your library card has already been made and ready for release. Kindly check access here: List of Library Cards for Issuance to see if your name has already been added. Once you see your name in the following list, kindly go to your designated College Library campus to receive your library card. All you need is to kindly BRING your latest 1x1 current picture, for your library card.
