Do not attend the school building or vacate the building unless you have permission from the Headteacher.  Janitorial, cleaners, catering staff have different line managers and may be advised differently.

Once notified (usually through group text message) staff should contact their nearest Aberdeenshire school (if it is safe to travel) after learning about Kemnay PS closure to ask if they are required to provide support for staff that have been unable to attend.

If sequestered, please inform the Headteacher and prioritise the staff member you are replacing for the day.  SLT will ensure your class are given suitable work for the day/s.

If not sequestered, please organise suitable class work.  Where possible maintain contact using teams/google classrooms.

Please use any additional time to work on class planning, pupil reports, school improvement priorities, professional development targets, etc.
