At Kemnay PS, we aim to provide teachers with ongoing opportunities to reflect on their practice and personal learning through professional learning conversations look to support all staff with an annual review meeting.
PRD is a reflective conversation about professional learning. It involves the reviewee (staff member) self-evaluating against the Professional Standards (see wheels below), reflecting on their professional learning and the impact it has had, and identifying next steps.
You may wish to download the template in advance of your meeting, to make notes. If not, the template can be completed during the meeting with a member of SLT.

Please keep a record of your professional development activties either on paper (above) or on MyGTCS. Remember to share your learning with SLT before your PRD/CLPL Meeting.
