Where do we work?

The Educational Psychology Service is part of Aberdeenshire Council Education and Children’s Services and works across Aberdeenshire. Every school has a named Educational Psychologist who works in collaboration with school staff, parents and other professionals to help children and young people achieve their full potential. The service collaborates across a range of priorities, with the support of the Principal Educational Psychologist: Carron Douglas. 

Due to the size of our local authority, we have three Depute Principal Educational Psychologists who manage three teams. These teams are divided by geographical area. Click on the headings below to find out more about each of the three areas.
