As a service, we engage in a wide range of improvement activities. These are outlined in our service improvement plan, which is informed by a wide range of service evaluation data and analysis.
Ongoing analysis of our consultation data over time gives us the ability to identify trends at an authority level, as well as drill down to local school clusters.
Direct feedback and planning discussions with schools provide the service an opportunity to jointly reflect with stakeholders and consider next steps, including exploring future development.
Ongoing input and feedback from parents and carers in response to our Consultations highlights key areas where our input has been valuable, and further areas for development to consider in partnership with parents and carers.
Compliments and complaints are gathered and published quarterly to help us to improve the standard of our service.
Should any aspect of our service exceed or fall below your expectations or you feel you have not been dealt with sensitively or fairly, we would be pleased to hear from you. Please be assured that we value all comments and will take all into consideration.
If you wish to make a comment on any aspect of our service please download Aberdeenshire Council’s Compliments and Complaints Form and complete the relevant information. All personal information is strictly confidential and will only be used in order that we can respond to your comment.
