Substance Research Project

You will learning about the effects of controlled substances on the body and the brain by doing your own research using the databases and websites that Ms. Lauchlan and Ms. Kitchen have selected for the project. 

The assignment and rubric have been shared in your Health google classroom. Your group will have one shared document for note-taking.

Databases

Databases are a special type of website. They are only available to paid subscribers, so you usually need a login and password. Our databases are paid for by the state of Massachusetts and Arlington Schools. We pay for them so that students have access to quality information. 

It is a good idea to check our databases when starting any research project.
