Genre Poll Results
Gibbs students and staff voted for their favorite genres during September library visits. Realistic Fiction had the most fans, with Fantasy coming in close behind. Are these results what you expected? How did your favorite type of story rank?
When to Visit the Library
Students will come to the library once per quarter with their ELA class and at other times for class projects or during any class period with a pass from a teacher.
Gibbs students may visit the library independently throughout the school day with teacher permission. Teachers usually allow students to come from ELA and from WIN classes, and on occasion from other classes if students have finished their work.
In addition, the library is open to all students before school between the first two bells and after school Monday through Thursday.
