Cave City Middle School Career and Collegiate Preparatory strives to create an environment that fosters a joy of learning in preparation for future success through individualized student success plans. In addition, Cave City Middle School Career and Collegiate Preparatory will act as the sole support program for the established Cave City High Career and Collegiate Preparatory School.

Arkansas Charter Schools Award
Cave City Middle School has a strong Career Exploration and Guidance across the agriculture curriculum. Computer simulations of real-world applications include two exploratory non-credit agriculture classes and one credit course. This approach supports the seamless entry into the Cave City Charter High School Charter.
Simulator Visits School
The "Be Pro Be Proud" mobile workshop visited Cave City Middle School. The mobile workshop included virtual reality simulations in diesel tech, computer programmer, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) tech, plumber, electrician, and more! Students also had an opportunity to ask questions and learn from the professionals themselves.
Cave City Middle School Career and Collegiate Preparatory established Career Exploration through age-appropriate activities on campus.
The Health and Wellness Component focuses on improving student health. It is directly related to the medical career exploration courses, which are supported by community medical experts. The "Scrub Club" participates in hands-on training, supported by professionals in the field, throughout the year.
Another example includes the implementation of the IT Tech Team. Students keep regular "office hours" and have a physical space to conduct their work. The team of students receives technology job tickets from teachers and students. The students provide technical assistance and make minor repairs right on their campus.
