This website was created to explain the course request process and the courses we offer to our middle school students. Our goal is to offer challenging and interesting courses to our students.   We know that our students are ultimately successful due to our wonderful staff and parents. Desert Ridge students benefit from the support and guidance of our strong community culture. We have high expectations for all of our students. 

The DRMS Courses & Programs page will explain all of courses offered at DRMS in much more detail; this will explain the required and optional courses available at each grade level.  The DRMS Course Request Steps page will walk you through all of the required steps necessary to complete the registration process for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year.   The DRMS Course Request Timeline page will summarize the overall course request process, including important due dates.  

Our course offerings are dependent upon number of requests for a class, space availability, district and state requirements, and budgetary constraints.
