A parent/guardian AND the student should complete this form together. You can only submit this DRMS Course Request Google Form one time. Please allocate 15-20 minutes to complete this form as it needs to completed in one sitting -- your work will not save if you start and come back to complete later in the day.

Preview electives offerings on the Courses & Programs page; be prepared to request/rank elective choices
Know your APS student login credentials; this will be required to access the Google Form link below
You will be prompted to upload a 2025 PNM or NM Gas utility bill; have an E-bill or scanned original copy ready to upload
Use the following naming mechanism for your upload -- Student Last/First - ID# (Example: Smith Sarah - 123456789)
Bill must include parent/guardian legal name and the service address (the service address and residence address must match)
Bill must be from January, February, or March 2025 billing cycle; December 2024 utility bills will not be accepted
All students who attend Desert Ridge Middle School must live within the designated DRMS attendance boundaries.
Post office boxes will not be accepted as residency verification.

Incoming 7th grade (current 6th grade) students are required to have their Tdap and Meningococcal vaccinations; if these vaccinations are current, you will have an option to upload proof in the Google Form

Select the correct Google Form link below for the grade-level you will enter in the fall of 2025-2026.
Sign in with your APS student login credentials
Complete the Google Form; a parent/guardian and student should complete the Form together.

If you are currently attending a non-feeder elementary or a middle school other than DRMS, please use the New Student link below. 5th Grade Online Course Requests will NOT be accessible until the week of January 27th

Before completing this Google form, you must have already completed your initial Online Registration (OLR) through ParentVUE using at mystudentlogin.aps.edu.
