Rule 3301-51-11 Preschool Children Eligible for Special Education
The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce is conducting a five-year review of rule 3301-51-11, which pertains to preschool children eligible for special education. We appreciate the input and engagement from stakeholders throughout this process. The review is ongoing. The current version of rule 3301-51-11 in the Ohio Administrative Code will remain in effect until the review concludes. Once the review process is complete, Department staff will determine an effective date for the new rule draft, ensuring that implementation timelines are considerate of stakeholders’ needs and communicated in a timely manner.
