Manually Filtering Data

There are five different ways to filter data in Aspen. Manually Filtering means that the user is doing the decision making about which records to include and not include in the data set. Manually filtering can be very efficient and does not require skills to build a query.

To Manually Filter, we use the SHOW SELECTED or OMIT SELECTED functions in the Options Menu. Watch the videos below to learn to use them.
