Technology has become a central component to education. Resources are available to help you navigate curriculum, grading and communication.

Technology Assistance - If you need help with your Chromebook, please email the Help Desk at help@district279.org. Include in the email your name, Student ID, Barcode Number from your device and a brief description of the issue.


STUDENTS

Virtual Student Backpack - The Virtual Student Backpack website has been created to help PreK-12 students prepare to learn in both the hybrid and distance models. Students will find information about particular tools and how to use them, plus tutorials and guidance. Videos explaining how to log into sites such as Clever and giving examples of how to use Google Suite Tools or Schoology are also included.

Internet - The district has a limited number of HotSpots available to families who do not have internet services. Please complete this Google Form.
