Lengendborn

Legendborn is a number one New York Times best selling young adult fantasy book written by Tracy Deonn. Legendborn is based off of the Nights of the Round Table mythology including other magical abilities.

 Brianna Mathews is the main character and she attends early college after her mom died from a car crash but when she got there she was able to see monsters and magic that no one else can see but the Legendborn descendants. She joined the Legendborn to find out if this magic was the reason for her mothers death since she saw magic the night her mother died. Along the way she meets Nick Davis who is a descendant of King Arthur and helps her to become a part of the Legendborn role. But throughout her time there she finds out that she is a part of root magic and she is a descendant of King Arthur not Nick, making her become the heir to the crown. I really enjoyed reading this book, it was very well written and had a lot of interesting plot twists throughout the story. I recommend this book to anyone who loves to read young adult fantasy books. I give this book 5/5 stars for its creativity.
