Today I interviewed Mrs. Williams and some of her answers were very interesting to me. For example, she looks like the type of person who would like their pizza with pineapple but she prefers her pizza without pineapple and her favorite snack for over the summer are 

cheeze-itzs.

#1. Do you have any plans over the summer?

“Vacation to the beach and mountains with friends and family”

#2. What's your favorite part of being a teacher?

“Students”

#3. Do you have any hidden talents? If so, what talents?

“I play guitar, piano, dance, and scuba diving”

#4. What is your favorite unit to teach and why?

“Astronmy”

#5. Do you think pineapple belongs on pizza?

“No”

#6. What is your favorite snack for summer?

“Cheeze-Itz”

#7. If you were to have one exotic animal as a pet what would it be? Why?

“Baby monkeys”

#8. If you had to teach a class on one subject unrelated to school, what would it be? Why?

“Early civilizations and how they relate to the bible”

#9. Is cereal a soup?

“No”

#10. How do you think that your students will remember you and your class?

“I hope that they remember me as kind and my class as fun”

#11. What app do you think you use most on your phone?

“Bible, words with friends”

#12. If you could make any fruit or veggie talk, what would it be and why?

“Grapes, because there are a lot and hopefully they would have a conversation”

MPMS Staff Interview

Mrs. Devitto

I interviewed our Mount Pleasant Middle School Test Coordinator Mrs. Devitto. I only knew a little bit about Mrs. Devitto and I was excited to be able to interview her. I wanted to get to know her better and if you do too then please read the questions I asked and she answered.

#1. What is one random topic you could talk about for 10 minutes straight? 

The show Survivor. I have been a fan for 50 seasons and I really want to be on the show.

#2. What is one experience you will never ever forget?

Catamaran trip through the British Virgin Islands

#3. What is your favorite animal?

My dog Lexi. She is a Yorkipoo.

#4. If you had a time machine what point in the past or future would you go to?

Back to my college years and meeting my husband earlier.

#5. What three things would you take on a deserted island?

I have been planning for this one! Flint, Machete, and tarp. I do not need my phone because there will be no cell service.

#6. If you were a superhero, what power would you have?

Invisibility. Then I can scare my friend who always scares me.

#7. What is your dream car to own?

I don’t know. I am not really a car girl. But I guess if I have to pick then a Tesla Cybertruck. 

#8. What is your favorite movie?

Sweet Home Alabama

#9. How well do you remember kids' names?

Very well. That is until the move on to high school.

#10. What is your favorite memory from school as a kid?

Being Ms. Fisher's teacher assistant in high school and grading other kids' papers.

#11. How long would you survive in a zombie apocalypse? Why?

20 minutes. I would die of a heart attack from being scared.

#12. What would your perfect party look like?

Lots of music, lots of dancing, lots of my best friends, and very good food.

I found it interesting that Ms Sleight Price would prefer 

vegetables over fruit in my opinion I love fruit. I still do like a good bit of vegetables but fruit is superior in my opinion. Then I also found it very interesting that once she retires wants to rehab sea otters. I didn't even know you could do that but it sounds interesting.

1.What's your favorite thing about being a teacher?

New day every day.

2.Would you like to teach a different subject?

Yes,Science.

3.Do you want a different job other than being a teacher?

Yes, once I retire I want to rehab sea otters.

4.Do you have any children?

Yes,2.

5.Do you have any pets?

No.

6.Do you like summer or winter more?

Summer.

7.Would you rather eat vegetables or fruits?

Vegetables.

8.If there was one place you would like to travel where would it be?

Philippines.

9.What's your favorite subject?

English.

Classical.
