Make a formal complaint

If your school life and wellbeing has been severely impacted by bullying, making a formal complaint might be the right pathway for you. Formal complaints go to the Whanau Leaders and SLT.

The bullying and harassment procedures below will help you understand the process of how your complaint will be responded to.

What you could expect from Whanau Leaders and SLT:

  • Meetings during school time with all the people involved.

  • Follow up meetings until people involved feel the issue is resolved.

  • A phone call home telling your parents/guardians about the situation.
