Whanau Portal
For all students the following is provided:
- access to the school computers
- a school email address
- student and whanau access to the whanau portal
- a wifi password for up to two devices.
All of our services use the student's firstname.lastname as the user name. This number is what you use to log into the NZQA website to view her NCEA results. https://secure.nzqa.govt.nz/for-learners/records/login.do
The student's user name (firstname.lastname) will use the same password for the following internal services:
- the Whanau Portal (https://whanau.aotea.school.nz/)
- student email (http://mail.aotea.school.nz)
- school laptops and desktops
The office can reset passwords in one place and it will update the password in all three places. Students will one password to remember and keep it secure.
Student's primary email address will be firstname.lastname@aotea.school.nz
Please note that the maximum number is 20 characters, including the full stop. Also that you do not include any special characters or spaces (e.g. - , ' )in the username.
Caregivers can access the whanau portal. All families receive the log-in details by email at the start of the year so please make sure your email address is up to date. To update any details or request your username or password please contact the school office. Parents use the students firstname.lastname as their username.
